Jurisdiction:

You agree that if you choose to file a lawsuit against Republic Ammunition, LLC, or any of its owners, agents, officers, assigns, or employees, that lawsuit must be filed in a court located in Allen County, Ohio. You agree that any lawsuit filed in any other jurisdiction shall be immediately removed to Allen County, Ohio, and that you will reimburse Republic Ammunition, LLC, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, they incur in defending a lawsuit or effecting its removal until the lawsuit is properly before a court in Allen County, Ohio. In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Republic Ammunition, LLC shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State’s courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury. You agree that Ohio law will govern (i) your purchase and use of any products from Republicammunition.com; (ii) any information you receive from Republicammunition.com; (iii) any legal action instituted against you by Republic Ammunition, LLC; and (iv) any legal action you institute, or that someone else institutes as a result of your actions, against Republic Ammunition, LLC.

Class Action Waiver:

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, or mediation, between you and Republic Ammunition, LLC, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of your right to bring any claims against Republic Ammunition, LLC, as part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals.

We ship orders via FedEx, USPS or LTL carriers.  You may identify on your order the preferred method of transportation.  Otherwise we will ship via the best method to save you money and assure the most timely delivery possible.

Additional shipping charges are assessed for multi box shipments. This will be shown in the cart prior to checkout. Please use this as a guide only. 

 Tracking information is supplied once your order ships.  It is the Customers responsibility to track and monitor your package in transit.  It is also the Customers responsibility to notify us if a tracking number is not received within five business days of order placement.  Once the package is delivered to the address you provided the package becomes the responsibility of the Customer.  Basis for delivery is carrier records which reflect date and time of delivery.  Once your products are delivered, you assume all responsibility for them, including the risk that they may be stolen or damaged. We recommend you have your packages delivered to a location where someone will be available for delivery.  You release Republic Ammunition from all liability and responsibility for your products after they are delivered.  Delivery address change may be requested while package is in transit.  Carriers charge Republic Ammunition for this service and the charge will be passed on to the customer.

 

Hazmat Packages:  We can ship up to 48 lbs of different powder and primers under one hazmat fee to save you money.  FedEx charge of $14.95 Per Package on Hazardous Materials. Powder and Primers are Hazardous.

FedEx may require a signature when delivering your packages and will not allow the packages to be redirected to an alternate address.

 

CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY

All items are nonrefundable and may only be canceled prior to items shipping from our warehouses with a 10% Fee to cover credit card processing fees. All non-hazardous merchandise returns must be approved through the returns department at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and proper return instructions. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No credit or replacements shipped until items are returned back to Republic Ammunition possession, unless otherwise noted. It may take up to 14 days, after receipt of product to process your return. Credit(s) will be issued according to the method of payment in which the order was placed, and we will notify you when your return has been processed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All ammunition sales are final; therefore, no returns will be accepted. Any merchandise found to be defective after use is subject to factory warranty and should be returned to the manufacturer.
