Description
Barnes Original Bullets were the first bullets produced using pressure-formed 100 percent copper tubing around a core made from solid lead. Because of the design they are extremely reliable and the first custom bullet that American hand loaders could purchase.
They were introduced in 1939 and became popular among seasoned hunters who depended on accuracy and performance. This projectile delivered just that hunt after hunt. When it impacts its target, it usually expands over 200 percent of the original diameter while retaining up to 90 percent of its initial weight. These are not for reloading but are live ammunition.
